Pre-Launch Status

gofar.network is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist or expressing interest in our services, you acknowledge that our eSIM services are not yet available for purchase. We will notify waitlist members when our services officially launch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

eSIM Services

Service Description

Once launched, gofar.network will provide eSIM data plans for international travel and connectivity. Our services include:

• Digital eSIM profiles for compatible devices
• Data connectivity in supported countries and regions
• Various data plans with different durations and data allowances
• Customer support for activation and technical issues

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing our services. We provide a compatibility checker tool, but ultimate responsibility for device compatibility rests with you.

Network Coverage

We partner with mobile network operators to provide coverage. Network availability, speed, and quality may vary by location and are subject to the terms and conditions of our partner networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific network speeds.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. When our services launch:

• Payment is required before eSIM activation
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

User Accounts

When creating an account with us, you agree to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
